BuonoPass Ambassador Program Terms
Last updated: August 16, 2026
Application and Eligibility — Applicants must be at least 18. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. BuonoPass may approve, reject, suspend, or remove Ambassadors based on program eligibility, fraud prevention, brand safety, or legal compliance. Member Commission — An eligible Ambassador earns 25% of the net annual membership payment collected from each eligible new member who enters that Ambassador’s valid Buono Code during the qualifying subscription process. Net payment means the amount actually collected, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits, discounts, and processing reversals. Restaurant Reward — An eligible Ambassador earns $500 for each qualifying restaurant that enters the Ambassador’s valid Buono Code, is approved by BuonoPass, completes onboarding, and satisfies the program’s verification requirements. Duplicate, preexisting, self-referred, fraudulent, or previously contacted leads may be ineligible. Payment — Eligible rewards are calculated monthly and paid within 15 business days after the end of each month, following expiration of applicable refund, cancellation, and chargeback periods. Ambassadors are responsible for accurate payment and tax information and their own taxes; BuonoPass may request legally required tax documentation. Required Disclosures — Ambassadors must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with BuonoPass whenever promoting it. Acceptable disclosures may include “BuonoPass Ambassador,” “Paid BuonoPass partner,” or “I may earn a commission through my Buono Code.” The disclosure must be easy to notice and placed with the endorsement. Honest Marketing — Ambassadors may not make false or unapproved claims; guarantee restaurant acceptance, reservations, income, or results; use spam, purchased contact lists, impersonation, or misleading advertising; bid on BuonoPass trademarks without written permission; create unofficial accounts that appear to be owned by BuonoPass; or misrepresent themselves as employees or authorized agents. Independent Relationship — Ambassadors are independent participants, not employees, agents, partners, or franchisees of BuonoPass. They cannot enter contracts or make commitments on behalf of BuonoPass. Termination and Forfeiture — BuonoPass may withhold or reverse fraudulent, refunded, duplicated, chargeback-related, or otherwise ineligible rewards. Valid earned compensation should remain payable according to applicable law and these terms. By submitting the Ambassador application, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Ambassador Program Terms and Privacy Policy.
