KEY TERMS
One-year membership term. Selected plan and price must be shown in the Order Summary. BuonoPass facilitates requests; restaurants and third parties control availability and confirmation. Membership does not guarantee reservations, seating, participation, transportation, special treatment, or outcomes. Renewal, cancellation, and refund details must be displayed before payment. Customer acceptance does not activate membership until payment succeeds.
FULL AGREEMENT — MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT v1.0
1. Eligibility and Account. You must provide accurate information, be legally able to agree, and protect your account credentials.
2. Membership Services. BuonoPass provides access to membership features and may change reasonable operational details while preserving material paid benefits.
3. Requests Are Not Confirmed Reservations. A request is not a reservation or confirmation unless the responsible provider accepts it.
4. Restaurant and Third-Party Services. Restaurants, venues, transportation providers, and other third parties independently control availability, service, safety, pricing, admission, and outcomes.
5. Plan Price and Payment. The Order Summary must show the selected plan, total price, initial term, and payment terms before payment. Membership activates only after successful payment.
6. Renewal and Cancellation. Renewal terms and the cancellation method will be shown before payment.
7. Refunds. The applicable refund policy will be shown before payment and governs eligible refunds.
8. Member Conduct. You will act lawfully and respectfully and may not misuse benefits, submit false information, harass personnel, or disrupt an experience.
9. Events, Alcohol, and Transportation. You are responsible for personal choices, legal compliance, and safe transportation.
10. Suspension and Termination. BuonoPass may suspend or terminate for fraud, misuse, safety risk, nonpayment, or material breach.
11. Privacy and Communications. Use of personal information is governed by the applicable Privacy Policy; service communications may be sent as permitted by law.
12. Intellectual Property and Feedback. BuonoPass materials remain protected; feedback may be used without obligation.
13. Disclaimers. Services are provided as available and no specific reservation, benefit, or outcome is guaranteed.
14. Limitation of Liability. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; indirect and consequential damages are excluded where allowed.
15. New York Law and General Terms. New York law governs. Changes require written agreement. Electronic records and signatures may be used.
