BuonoPass Privacy Policy

BuonoPass, operated by TablePass LLC (“BuonoPass,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use the BuonoPass app, visit our website, request a free trial, apply as a restaurant partner or Ambassador, or otherwise interact with BuonoPass.
Information We Collect
We may collect name, email address, phone number, and account information; dining preferences, seating requests, allergies, dietary needs, occasions, and special requests; restaurant name, business contact information, role, and partnership interests; Ambassador application responses, referral codes, referrals, eligibility information, and payment-related records; website usage, device, browser, IP address, cookie, and analytics information; communications sent to BuonoPass; and reservation messages between customers and restaurants. With your permission, voice conversations also involve microphone audio, transcripts, and relevant dining plans and preferences.
Sensitive Dining Information
Dining preferences, allergy information, and dietary needs may reveal sensitive personal information. We collect this information only when voluntarily provided and use it to support requested dining experiences and communicate relevant information to participating restaurants. BuonoPass does not provide medical advice and cannot guarantee that a restaurant will prevent all allergen exposure or cross-contact.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate and improve BuonoPass; create personalized night plans and reservation requests; communicate guest preferences to selected participating restaurants; process customer, restaurant, and Ambassador applications; administer referral codes, commissions, and rewards; respond to questions and provide support; send authorized emails, calls, or texts; prevent fraud, protect security, and comply with law; and analyze service performance.
How We Share Information
We may share information with restaurants selected by a customer; service providers supporting hosting, forms, email, analytics, payments, and security, including Supabase for app authentication and data storage; professional advisers and authorities when legally required; and a successor in a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale. After you allow Voice AI, microphone audio, transcripts, and relevant dining plans and preferences are sent to OpenAI to understand your request and generate conversational replies. This permission is separate from your choice to share a Hospitality Brief with a restaurant. We do not sell personal information for money.
Communications, Retention, and Your Choices
Where required, BuonoPass obtains consent before sending automated marketing calls or texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in the message and may revoke call or text consent by following the instructions provided or contacting us. We retain information only as reasonably necessary for described purposes, legal obligations, disputes, fraud prevention, and enforcement, and use reasonable safeguards although no system is completely secure. You may request access, correction, or deletion and withdraw marketing consent by contacting privacy@buonopass.com. OpenAI may retain API content for abuse monitoring for up to 30 days under its standard API data controls; API data is not used for model training by default. You can end a voice conversation at any time or turn off Voice AI in Profile. Declining Voice AI does not prevent use of other app features. You can manage personalization and memories in Privacy & Account. Applicable rights depend on location and may require identity verification.
