BuonoPass Restaurant Partner Terms

Last updated: August 16, 2026

These Restaurant Partner Terms govern a restaurant’s application for and participation in the BuonoPass restaurant network. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, and each applicant confirms they are authorized to act for the restaurant. The restaurant controls whether to accept, decline, or modify reservation requests. BuonoPass does not guarantee reservation volume, revenue, spending, or customer retention; dashboard metrics and financial examples may be estimates and are not guaranteed. Restaurants must provide accurate business, menu, availability, and contact information and remain responsible for food safety, allergy procedures, licenses, staffing, pricing, service, and legal compliance. Restaurants must handle guest information confidentially and use it only to fulfill the requested experience. Guest information cannot be sold, added to unrelated marketing lists, or used for unrelated solicitation without separate permission. Restaurants may not falsely claim a reservation is guaranteed or misuse BuonoPass branding. BuonoPass may suspend participation for fraud, unsafe conduct, guest-data misuse, repeated service failures, or legal violations. Either side may end participation, subject to outstanding confirmed reservations and legal obligations. Participation currently has no setup fee, monthly fee, or reservation commission. BuonoPass must provide advance notice and obtain agreement before introducing restaurant charges. BuonoPass may display the restaurant’s name, logo, public information, and approved materials for discovery and promotion while the restaurant participates. By submitting the Restaurant Partner form, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Restaurant Partner Terms and Privacy Policy.
