BuonoPass Terms of Use

Acceptance — By accessing or using BuonoPass, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Eligibility — Users must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement. Nature of the Service — BuonoPass helps users discover restaurants, create night plans, communicate preferences, and send reservation requests. Unless explicitly confirmed, a displayed plan or submitted request is not a guaranteed reservation. Restaurant Independence — Participating restaurants are independent businesses. They control availability, seating, menus, pricing, allergy procedures, service, and final reservation acceptance. BuonoPass does not control restaurant operations. Allergy Warning — Users must communicate allergies directly to the restaurant and confirm that the restaurant can accommodate them. BuonoPass does not guarantee allergen-free preparation or prevention of cross-contact. Acceptable Use — You may not engage in fraud, impersonation, misuse of referral codes, scraping, unauthorized access, disruption, unlawful activity, or infringement. Intellectual Property — BuonoPass branding, software, designs, text, and content belong to BuonoPass or its licensors and cannot be copied without permission. Disclaimers — The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law, without guarantees of uninterrupted access, availability, restaurant performance, or specific results. Limitation of Liability — Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law without waiving rights that legally cannot be waived. Governing Law — These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
